All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.

No work begins until both parties agree to the scope and payment terms in writing.

- Ongoing services (e.g. automation management, hosting) are billed monthly
- Late payments may incur reasonable interest in accordance with UK late payment legislation
5. Intellectual property
Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you provide (text, images, logos). By providing content to us,
you grant us a licence to use it solely for delivering your project.
Our work
Upon full payment, you own the website and content we create for you. You receive a perpetual,
royalty-free licence to use any templates, code, or systems we build.
We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our work (without confidential data) in our portfolio
and marketing.

- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content you provide
- Maintain your own business insurance and comply with relevant regulations
7. Limitation of liability
We take care to deliver high-quality work, but:

external factors like market conditions or your response times
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid for the specific service in
question
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Case study figures are illustrative and anonymised — they represent typical engagements, not
guarantees
8. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund
- Once work has started, we'll invoice for work completed to date
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
- We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if payment is overdue by more than 30 days
9. Confidentiality
